1. Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations under the following conditions:

Unpaid Orders

If your order has not been completed or payment has not been successfully processed, you may cancel it directly or contact us for assistance.

Paid Orders

Paid orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped (especially for building block sets that require sealed packaging), it can no longer be canceled.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your building block set(s).

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The building block set must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition

  • All pieces, manuals, stickers, and accessories must be complete

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging (including sealed bags if applicable)

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

⚠️ For hygiene and resale reasons, opened and fully assembled sets may not qualify unless defective.


3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please email service@aussielivingco.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Product name(s)

  • Reason for return (e.g., defective, damaged, missing pieces, wrong item, change of mind)

  • Clear photos or videos (if damaged, defective, or incomplete)

Once approved, we will provide the return address.

Please ship the item within 7 days after approval and share the tracking number with us.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility

If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind, incorrect selection, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Estimated return shipping cost: $5–$15 per item, depending on size, weight, and location.

Our Responsibility

If the building block set:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Has manufacturing defects

  • Is missing essential pieces

  • Is the wrong item

We will cover all return shipping costs and offer either:

  • A free replacement (same item), or

  • A full refund


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days

  • A confirmation email will be sent after processing

  • Bank processing times may vary

Partial Refunds May Apply If:

  • The item is returned damaged due to misuse

  • Pieces, manuals, or packaging are missing

  • The set shows signs of assembly or wear


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Recheck your payment account

  2. Contact your bank or card provider regarding processing times
